Born in the bustling metropolis of Mexico City to a family with Mexican Mix indigenous heritage and syncretism with European background, Fabiola has always been familiar with the formidable powers of natural healing. She grew up learning about the therapeutic properties of plants and herbs, and has always had a natural awareness of unseen forces in the universe and how they influence our lives and health.
Fabiola followed her passion for the arts by pursuing a professional career as a designer, Marketing adviser, later going on to finish a MBA while leading her consultancy business in Mexico. However, in 2004, a health issue steered her directly on to the path of wellbeing and holistic self-care. Throughout this process she has explored different meditation techniques and reconnecting her with ancient traditions has found her calling as a creator of experiences to help others grow and discover their true potential.
Her natural drive towards spirituality has led her to learn practices from different corners of the world such as Mayan, Aztec, Vedic tradition as well as Buddhism, Kabbalah, recognising that we all hope to be free from suffering regardless of our background and experiences.
Fabiola embraces her role as a healer, health and wellbeing advocate, with great honour and responsibility. She constantly seeks to expand upon and share the knowledge she has gained on her journey, assisting communities on their path towards self-nurturing and personal development. To her, there is nothing quite so crucial as the power of human connection, of growing together and learning from one another.
